Jennifer Neitzel successfully opened Kalapuya Elementary school in the fall of 2011 and her approach may serve as a helpful model for other administrators as highlighted in this video announcement to the local community celebrating one of many projects funded by Salem Oregon’s municipal construction bond.

Jennifer hired an amazing staff and together they created an amazing place for students and staff to learn and grow.
